• Gymnastics Classes for children of all ages - (2012-2013 Class Schedule now available click on the FORMS tab)

• Beginning KARATE classes on Tuesdasy and Fridays!

• We have Girls USAG Competitive Teams from levels 3 to 9

• 2013 SUMMER CAMPS - Half or Full day camps offered for children ages 3 to 10 years.

• BIRTHDAY PARTIES​ - Fun time at the gym with group games, circuits, and lots of gymnastics. Can be scheduled on Saturday or Sunday.

• PARENT'S NIGHT OUT - Selected Friday and Saturday nights - 6:00pm to 10:00pm.  $15 per child - Must be pre-registered. Click to see a guidelines and a list of dates.
